RETURN POLICY

We hope that you’re delighted with your purchase! However, if you wish to return or exchange it for any reason, please send non-used item(s) back to us with tags attached, and in original condition within 3 days of delivery, Stamped date by mail carrier.

Items that have been washed, worn cannot be returned. Due to high seasonal demand and limited quantities, all holiday prints must be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

Covid-19 Order Refund Policy: Until further notice, any order over 7 days will not be eligible for refunds.

Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) back to us, it can take up to 5-7 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s), we process all returns within 3 business days.

Return or exchange merchandise bought through HotScrubz Website may only be returned to the address listed below.

International customers are only eligible for returns as we are unable to process exchange orders at this time.

Receiving your Refund

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card, please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via mail.

Once your items are returned, you will receive an email notification.

How to Ship Your Return or Exchange Back

Option A

$8.99 UPS Easy Return Label included in your package.
You can ship your package by utilizing the UPS return label enclosed in your package (Cost is $8.99)

The $8.99 cost for using the Return Label will be deducted from the amount of the credit you receive for your refund or exchange, for 1 to 5 items. If you have more than 5 items, please ship the items via a carrier of your choice.
If additional payment is required, please include a check with your return/exchange items.
Can’t locate your original invoice? Please follow one of the links below to print out a return label. $8.99 will be deducted from the amount you are returning.
